Dear Horizon,

I came to in to see Dr. Golden in November of 1999 with horrible, painful lower back pain! It was undescribable! I will never forget the first words I heard from Dr. Golden: "You are in the right place." That was so comforting, even though it was still very painful.

Today I can say I am pain-free. Dr. Golden treated me and explained everything to me as I progressed. I injured my lower back through years of lifting heavy items in the antique business.

I feel better than I ever have and I know how to take care of myself for the future. I am very thankful for the help and guidance I have received from everyone at Horizon.
