Dear Horizon,

I began experiencing neck and shoulder pain about twelve years ago that resulted from a reverse curve in my neck structure. I have sought help from a couple of different doctors over the years, only to be given the answer that it was something I would have to "learn to live with."

I believed that until last October, when I was experiencing daily headaches that forced me to take pain relievers daily. Finally a friend of mine suggested that I see Dr. Golden.

I was skeptical because of my prior experience with doctors and the outcome, but I made an appointment anyway. THAT VISIT CHANGED MY LIFE!

Dr. Golden started me on an aggressive program at first, with three visits per week, but after only one month I was headache-free and pain-free. Dear Horizon,

I started care with Horizon Health Care Group after injuring my lower back playing golf. I was completely laid up when the accident first occurred. The pain was so intense that I was not able to perform any of my normal daily activities.

Dr. Solov quickly diagnosed the problem and I started to see dramatic improvement after a few visits. She took the time to educate me on the different phases of care.

I am now in the stage of strengthening the muscles through swimming and stretches. The difference today in my health and quality of life is night and day from the day of my accident!
